The grant of the pass ways of 2012 at Sohag University

  The university presents the grant of the pass way for raising the skills of the students and the graduates of the different universities, to help them to integrate rapidly in the society and polish their skills so as to suit with the needs of the scientific research and the labor market.

The pass way program presents many curricula such as administrative, behaviour and knowledgeable and there is another program which is added this year which is works leading.

The grant started on Sunday dated 29/1/2012 and it will last till Wednesday dated 8/2/2012, for 1500 students.

A concluding ceremony will be held next Wednesday dated 8/2/2012 and Professor Doctor Nabil Nour eldeen Abd Allah, a vice president of the University for the students and the education affairs and acting the head the university, will attend the ceremony at the hall of the great meetings.

 

There is an artistic exhibition will be held for the different artistic and hand making works

Scholarships presented from the Mexican government for the foreigners

Through the special programs and the reserches, there will be presented scholarships in the frame of the announcement of 2012, and there is no certain number for the scholarships and the nomination for these scholarships will start from 17 January till 30 November 2012.

The scholarships will be in the fields of the mentioned knowledge of the announcement of 2012.

Sohag University hosts the manger of the graphic department of the ICTP project and the marketing teams of some universities

 Under the patronage of Professor Doctor Nabil Nour eldeen Abd Allah, vice president of the university for the students and the education affairs and acting the head of the university, professor Doctor Terek Alahmady el-Tobaily, the executive manger of information at the higher council of the universities and Professor Doctor Mahmoud Ali Abu el-Ezz, the executive manger of the information center at Sohag University, the marketing team hosted Engineer/Amr Mohamed Hassan,the manger of Graphic department of ICTP project and the general supervisor of the marketing team at the Egyptian Universities.

 

 

The approval and the quality assurance center holds training courses

Under the patronage of Professor Doctor Ahmed Mohamed Sleeman, the manger of the approval and the quality assurance center, the center holds training courses for preparing graduate revisers for learning before the university, as it holds three successive training courses, the first course under the title" the improvement plan and the self assessment" and this will be from 29/1/2012 till2/2/2012,the second course under the title the "curricula maps and the education

's results" and this will be from 5/2/2012 till 9/2/2012 and finally the third course under the title the" external revision "and this will be from 12/2/2012 till 16/2/2012.

Trustworthy persons, from the national authority of approval and education's quality, will give the lectures in order to train the staff members and also 26 teachers and instructors from the schools.

The courses will be held at the one of halls of the center of the staff members'ablities development, at the basement of the stadiums' building.

The university got some projects within the sector of the approval and quality assurance

The projects which the university got within the sector of the approval and the quality assurance.

·        The project of plasma applications laboratory development and qualifying for the international approval at faculty of science.

·        The project of the central laboratory of the genetic engineering at faculty of science.

·        The project of measurements laboratory development and the influence of the environmental pollutants on the contents of the meuseums, the archeological areas and the libraries and qualifying them for the international approval at faculty of arts.

·        The project of raising the efficiency of the clinical poisons laboratory and qualifying it for the international approval at faculty of medicine

Sohag University's participation in the video conference for discussing Alfaroq system

A meeting between the higher council of universities and Sohag University, as it was one of six universities which are (Assuit-Eliminia-Bani Souf-Kafr El-Sheikh), was held and it is broadcasted through the video conference and this was on Monday dated 30/1/2012 and many projects of Alfaroq systems were discussed.

This system concerns with extracting the salaries, the project of developing the administrative information systems and discussing the projects which hinder extracting the salaries.

 Professor Doctor Mahmoud Ali Abu el-EZ, the executive manger of the information center at the university and Professor Doctor Ahmed Aziz, the manger of MIS attended the meeting.

This was under the supervision of Madame/Sayda ELgaml, the coordinator of the technical support of the projects ICTP , Professor Doctor Ahmed Aziz Abd el-Minim, the manger of MIS and the specialist of  the technical support of Alfaroq Systems Miss Aza Abd el-Fatah Abd el-Hady.

Engineer Alaa Atef Sadk, the manger of the computers management, and Mr.Gamal Abd el-Raheem broadcasted the meeting on the video conference.

Starting the languages courses which are presented from the students and exams assessment systems development project

Under the patronage Doctor/MotamedvEsayed Mahmoud, the executive manger of students and exams assessment systems development project, the courses of Turkish, Hebrew, Farsi, Germany and the oriental languages which are presented from the students and exams assessment systems development project,

as the Farsi courses already started at the projects' laboratories in the central restaurant last yesterday dated 28/1/2012 and will last till Thursday dated 28/2/2012,whereas  other courses will start after the mid- year vacation.

These courses are presented for the participants from students, the researchers and the staff members.

 

The appreciative state prize in the field of the social sciences for 2012

The council of the post graduate studies and the researches, session number (56), approved on nomination of the faculty of arts of Professor Doctor Jalal eldeen Ahmed Amin-professor of economics in the American University in Cairo- for getting the appreciative state prize in the field of the social sciences for 2012.

The first competition in the photography

Under the patronage of Professor Doctor Nabil Nour eldeen Abd Allah, vice president of the University the Students and the education affairs and acting the head of the university, the public management of youth care organizes" The student families" for the first time in photography.

The image should be new and not taken from other resources or treated by the computer.

Applying Alfaruq system for managing the human resources of the benefits of the staff members

The council of the university approved, session number (61) dated 23/1/2012, on applying Alfaruq system for managing the human resources of the benefits of the staff members, their assistants and the workers at the level of the Egyptian Universities as follows:

1-Rearranging the salaries of the staff members, their assistants and some workers.

2-Exchanging the differences of the staff members, their assistants and some workers.

3-for the staff members, their assistants and the workers which their salaries will be decreased, what has been exchanged can be neglected according to the fatwa of the public association.

 Scholarships for conducting the PHD researches, presented from the Danish government

In the frame of the efforts of the sector of the missions and the cultural affairs for increasing the benefit of the scholarships which are presented for the state from different countries of the world in the fields which has a research priority for the state, the sector has the honor to declare the scholarships which the Danish government presents (for conducting the PhD researches or for collecting the scientific material of the PhD) in the academic year 2012/2013, the general management of the missions will execute the nomination procedures of this scholarship, noting that:
• The conditions, the fields and all the information of the scholarship is available on the electronic website of the sector of the missions and the cultural affairs which is www.mohe-casm.edu.eg.
• Those who will get the scholarships of the executive program will be treated financially as the treatment of the Eg
yptian delegates at the expense of the Egyptian missions.
